The Conversation for Social Interaction (CoSI) programme consists of six units. We envisage that teachers will spread the programme across 12 weeks, with two weeks per unit. Each units comprises three parts: an introductory lesson, structured practice and free social chat. An integral part of the programme involves individualised feedback. Details of this are in the free chat section of each unit. You can access each unit below.

We highly recommend that you first watch our 4-minute ‘programme overview’ film (also on our homepage), if you have not already done so.

We also recommend that before you start to plan your delivery of unit 1, you first watch our ‘additional’ 20-minute training recording for teachers about what social communication and social conversation is, why it is important and what the key elements are.
